Indiana Secretary of State – Who’s On The Ballot – Identify your District, Precinct, Township, and the candidates that will be listed on your paper ballot. The school referendum ballot question will also be listed on the ballot. (I will be adding a link on how you can estimate the proposed additional tax).
Each Indiana county is governed by a Board of Commissioners consisting of 3 elected persons. The commissioners are elected from separate districts (in which they must reside) but by vote of the county as a whole. Ref: Indiana County Commissioners
The county GIS Map has a “layer” that identifies voter precincts. To identify Commissioner Districts, select “Index” and then County Commissioner Districts.
